I was in Yuba City for the Sikh parade and got stuck in terrible traffic. Thankfully, my driver knew some back roads and got me to the airport just in time. Despite the delays and accidents, he was punctual, kind, and even offered future rides, which is perfect since I travel often between LA and Yuba City. The price was also very reasonable, similar to Uber. Great service

FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You just can't find good customer service these days especially in yuba County. Ken, our driver was patient and friendly, always ontome. My car was broken down for a week and we had to taxi everyday and some stops he had to wait for us longer then expected and it was always a smile and a "No problem Hum, I got you". FABULOUS SERVICE FROM THE FIRST TIME I CALLED. I won't use any other taxi .
